- Malcolm Fielding Added December 16, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Woeful customer service, bought an extractor,with 3 years warranty, failed after less than 18 months, they claimed it was only one year warranty, despite the documents with the unit saying 3 years, had to take them to the ACCC to get anywhere, still waiting for my refund after five months. Poor quality DIY equipment made in China, but worst of all unhelpful and obstructive customer "service". This is the third machine I have had from them that's broken down and the second time they have refused to honour a warranty until I took it further.
